I wanna thank my MIL for making these yummy dishes whenever i'm back in hong kong... let me tell u... her dishes are all so much more yummy than those u had in the restaurant.. i just had 8 abalones yesterday but forgot to take down the pics...this dish is one of my favourite... prawns drowned in the cheese sauce:)
